We accept exchanges only for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Exchanges are easy! To start an exchange please email us at casaurbana98@gmail.com. We will then email you a return label which costs $5.00. Print the label, stick it on your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Due to the limited availability of items, we MIGHT not be able to offer an exchange.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International buyers will have to purchase the return label with their chosen mail carrier.
